Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for paid subscriptions to the Famick Home Management platform.
1. 24-Hour Refund Window
If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of your initial charge. This applies to the first payment on a new subscription only and does not apply to renewal charges.
2. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for the next billing period
- No partial refunds are issued for the remaining time in your current billing period
- Your data is preserved and your account switches to read-only mode after the billing period ends
3. Refunds Required by Law
In addition to the 24-hour window above, refunds will be issued where required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@famick.com with the following information:
- The email address associated with your account
- The reason for your refund request
Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction.
5. Plan Changes
If you downgrade to a lower-priced plan, the new pricing takes effect at the start of your next billing period. No refunds or credits are issued for the difference during the current period. If you upgrade, the new pricing takes effect immediately and you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period.
